George has many years of experience as a real estate attorney and investor. Seeing families loose their homes to foreclosure and foreseeing the looming real estate crisis, in 2001, he co-hosted this show with Steve Toth, to help people who were struggling with the foreclosure epidemic that was raging in the economy at that time. George was able to help thousands of families in legal and financial distress develop creative and innovative ways to better manage their real estate problems. He also used his years of experience as a lawyer and real estate investor to develop "out-of-the-box" solutions and connect consumers with investors who could help them resolve their problems when traditional banks would not help. He is credited with helping many families save their homes.
